College Registrar

The Registrar's Office serves as the link between students and the academic administration of the college, represented by its scientific council. It is responsible for organizing and documenting academic records, overseeing enrollment and registration matters, and supervising the implementation of relevant university regulations and systems. The office is specialized in managing educational affairs for students and directly supervising the study system, monitoring the application of regulations and rules regarding studies and examinations according to the procedures and systems stipulated by the university and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Additionally, the Registrar's Office oversees several vital administrative departments, which collectively form a fundamental support in serving students and enhancing the educational environment.

He undertakes the following tasks:

1. The reception and acceptance of students at the beginning of each academic year, according to the different specializations in accordance with the policy set by the college.

2. Issuance of university cards for students.

3. Receiving and executing requests for deferral and transfer from one major to another, as well as requests for suspension or reinstatement of enrollment.

4. Informing students of their academic status after warning, and dismissing students who should be dismissed according to college regulations.

5. Conduct periodic statistics on the number of accepted, enrolled, registered, and graduated students for each semester.

6. Receiving the candidates' documents for admission to the college, reviewing them, and completing the necessary procedures related to them.

7. Preparing lists of students' names distributed across the scientific departments.

8. Management of International Student Affairs.

He undertakes the following tasks:

1. Receive and retain graduate results.

2. Inform the relevant authorities of the graduates' names and their grades.

3. Completing the forms for issuing graduation certificates, transcripts, and degree statements for graduates.

4. Delivery of certificates, diplomas, and grade reports to their owners after being approved by the relevant authorities.

He undertakes the following tasks:

1. Monitoring, researching, and analyzing various phenomena within the college and their impact on the educational process, and providing recommendations regarding them.

2. Participating in the preparation of studies and research related to methods of addressing deviations and abnormal social phenomena in general.

3. Preparing social service programs and methods of implementing them within the college.

4. Providing advice and guidance to students, as well as recommendations and suggestions that would strengthen the relationships between faculty members, students, and staff at various levels.

He is responsible for the following tasks:

1. Proposing plans related to cultural and sports student activities at the college.

2. Propose the preparation of schedules for implementing the approved plans, taking into account the class schedules, exams, and holidays, and presenting them.

3. Participation in organizing cultural, literary, and artistic festivals and sports competitions.

4. Participation in organizing art exhibitions for talented individuals in various artistic fields for students and faculty members.

He is responsible for the following tasks:

1. Preparing lists of the names of students who are eligible to take the exams and specifying the subjects in which they are allowed to take the exam.

2. Organizing the class schedules, room schedules, and final exam schedules.

3. Monitoring academic affairs and supervising final examinations

4. Distribution of supervision during final exams in coordination with the practical departments.

5. Informing the relevant authorities of the exam results.

6. Preparing reports on the progress of the educational process and examinations and presenting them to the college council.

7. Preparing statistics related to the exams, detailing the total number of students daily, the number of supervisors, and the distribution of students across the exam committees.

8. Review the final results of the students and ensure the students' semester and cumulative GPAs meet the graduation requirements.

9. Preparing daily statistics on attendance, absences, deprivations, cases of cheating, and special committees, and sending them to the examination administration.

He is responsible for the following tasks:

1. Preparing and equipping student accommodation in student houses, and following up on maintenance work related to them.

2. Receiving supervision of students in student housing and enabling them to reside there according to the approved admission criteria,

3. Supervising the staff in student housing, in addition to monitoring student nutrition services and providing the necessary reports and proposals for improvement.
