Faculty Members' Office

The Faculty Members Office is considered one of the most important administrative offices that deals with everything related to faculty members, both expatriates and Libyans, in order to facilitate their procedures and transactions, whether administrative or financial, and to assist them in performing their duties by addressing all the problems they face so that they can accomplish their educational and research tasks to the fullest extent. This office is affiliated with the University Faculty Affairs Office and exercises all its powers. 

Office Tasks :-

  1. Taking measures to review the documents of contracting, appointment, and promotion, and referring them to the relevant authorities.
  2. ounting the data and statistics related to the faculty members of the college and informing the university of that.
  3. Taking measures to enable new faculty members to assume their duties in coordination with the relevant academic departments and informing the university accordingly..
  4. take over the responsibility for seeking assistance from national faculty members outside the university in teaching and training activities.
  5. Taking clearance procedures for those who have completed their work from the faculty members of the college and notifying the university of that.
  6. Maintaining the main files of faculty members, and all matters related to a faculty member at the college.
  7. Managing the affairs of national faculty members, alleviating the difficulties they face, and proposing the foundations and regulations for the proper fulfillment of their duties and their responsibilities at the university.
  8. Organization Participation of national faculty members in scientific seminars and conferences both domestically and internationally.
  9. Saving the main files of faculty members and all matters related to a faculty member, along with opening a sub-file in the colleges.
