This session, held as part of the "Higher License" (PhD) program, aims to discuss the research ideas proposed by students for obtaining a doctoral degree. A distinguished committee of specialized faculty members attended the session, who conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the submitted proposals.

The evaluation focuses on several key aspects to ensure the quality of future research, which included:

Title of the proposal and its variables: The clarity and accuracy of the title, and the proper identification of the research variables.

Research Problem: Analyzing the extent to which the problem aligns with the title, and the significance of the proposed research issue.

Consistency and harmony of the title with the problem: ensuring there is a logical connection between the study title and the research problem.

Proposal Divisions: Evaluation of the proposed organizational structure and its proposed research plan.

This comprehensive exam for students is a vital opportunity to improve and develop their research, ensuring that their beginnings are successful and free from obstacles, which serves translation and scientific research and contributes to enriching legal knowledge. The participation of Dr. Mohamed Othman Abd Al-Sayed reflects the commitment of the Deanship of the Faculty of Law at the Al-Ruhaybat branch to support graduate students and provide them with the necessary guidance to produce distinguished scientific research.
