The Faculty of Law at the Al-Ruhaybat branch of Nalut University, in collaboration with the North Mountain Security Directorate, organized an awareness workshop on the morning of Thursday, May 8, 2025, under the slogan "For Safe Travel and Mobility," aimed at discussing the issues of traffic accidents on the Al-Aziziyah - Nalut road, which is considered one of the vital roads with heavy traffic flow.
The workshop witnessed the participation of a select group of academics, experts, and security personnel, where specialized lectures were presented addressing the direct and indirect causes of incidents, and the means to mitigate them through enhancing infrastructure, enforcing the law, and intensifying awareness campaigns.
The discussions also addressed the legal and regulatory aspects related to traffic accidents, as well as the complementary role of educational and religious institutions in promoting a culture of safe driving. The workshop concluded with the reading of meaningful recommendations and the distribution of certificates of appreciation to the participants, amidst general praise for the importance of the initiative and calls to continue organizing similar events to enhance community awareness of traffic safety.
