With the help and blessing of God Almighty, the closing activities of the workshop held by the Faculty of Law at Nalut University on Sunday, 04/05/2025, at exactly ten o'clock in the morning, titled (Developing Law Students' Skills Between Theory and Practice)
"The Pre-Trial Phase of Criminal Proceedings as a Model"
It was supervised by a group of faculty members from the law department, where Mr. Al-Ajili Mohammed, the workshop president, opened with a speech welcoming everyone and thanking them for responding to the invitation to attend. He also elaborated in a comprehensive speech on the importance of the topic and the challenges it presents in achieving a criminal justice path in accordance with legal standards. This was followed by the distribution of speeches according to the workshop's themes as follows:
Axis One: The Stage of Evidence Collection and Its Role in the Criminal Justice Process. A. Omar Al-Mahrouq.
Axis Two: Practical Challenges in the Preliminary Investigation Stage. A. Al-Ajili Muhammad Omar.
Axis Three: Considering Religious, Legal, and Ethical Values in the Pre-Trial Stage. Dr. Abubakr Muhammad Ahtiyush.
Axis Four: Legal Analytical Presentations for Fourth-Year Law and Sharia Students for the Pre-Trial Stage.
At the conclusion of this workshop, an in-depth discussion arose regarding the workshop's topics, resulting in a set of recommendations that could serve the course of criminal justice before the trial stage.
