As part of the scientific and field activities of the Faculty of Law at Nalut University, the college administration, under the supervision of the Dean, Mr. Adel Issa Zghdoud, organized a scientific trip for the students (75 students) to the court and prosecution complex in Gharian on Sunday, 1 Dhu al-Qi'dah 1444 AH, corresponding to May 21, 2023. The visit was dedicated to attending live sessions at the Gharian Court of Appeal, Nalut Criminal Division.
The students also met with Counselor A. Abdulwanis Muhammad Saqr, the President of the Gharian Court of Appeals, who welcomed the students, encouraging them on the importance of such trips and visits for law students. He also answered a number of questions posed by the students with an open heart.
The students also met with several lawyers from the Gharian branch of the Bar Association, namely: Mr. Abdul Fattah Al-Hamali, Mr. Ahmed Barakat, and Mr. Mustafa Al-Wahishi.
It is worth noting that such scientific trips and field visits embody the practical aspect of what the student learns from theoretical lessons in the college classrooms, and they play an important role in reinforcing the legal information that graduates will need later in the job market.
Thanks are extended to everyone who contributed to the success of this trip, including the President of the Nalut Primary Court, Mr. Amer Mohammed Amer, for coordinating this trip, and thanks to the college professors Dr. Abdulraouf Al-Arabi and Mr. Omar Al-Mahrouq, the college registrar Mr. Waseem Al-Azabi, the head of the study and examinations department Mr. Khaled Al-Eisawi, and thanks to Professor Fatima Shalbak and Professor Amina Al-Azabi. Special thanks also to the university administration for their support and encouragement of such activities, and thanks to all the staff at the Gharian courts and prosecution offices for their warm welcome and hospitality. We wish our dear students success and achievement.
